The pulley ration for PMAX-4550 is 2:1. When you place a 100 lb weight, ignoring friction, the force you need to pull is approximately 50 lb.
4. Can This Be Used For Bench Pressing As Well?
Yes definitely. We just bought our own bench. And you can place the side bars as high or as low as you need them to be.
