** Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding a RitKeep product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

1. Does this machine needs to be bolted down to the ground?
No, RK-PC005 does not need to be bolted to the ground. it is very stable.
2. Why did I only received part of my order?
Your order was split into multiple packages, but you may have only received one tracking number. If you are checking to track and scroll toward the bottom you will see a section for “Packages in this Shipment (Total Packages: N)” and you can see the tracking for the other packages and where they are in transit. Your packages may have gotten separated but should be reunited soon.
3. What is the maximum weight of the j-hook?
The maximum of the j-hook is 440 lbs.
4. What is the role of safety bar? What is the weight limit of the safety weight catch?
By adjusting the safety to different heights, and it provides a secure environment for performing exercises such as squats, bench presses, and other barbell movements. The safety weight catch’s weight capacity is 620 lbs on both sides.
